Rajesh is a seasoned leader in India's registrar and share transfer ecosystem, with deep expertise built over decades of hands-on industry experience. An alumnus of IIT Mumbai, where he completed his postgraduate studies, he has been closely involved in strengthening regulatory practices and operational standards across listed, unlisted, and private companies.

He actively contributes to the industry as Treasurer of the Registrar Association of India (RAIN), a SEBI-appointed member of the Industry Standard Forum for RTAs with BSE, a faculty member for NISM's CPE programs, and an IEPF-appointed member working on simplifying documentation for low-value claims.

Beyond his professional work, Rajesh Shah is strongly committed to community service and philanthropy. He serves as President of Jain Jagruti Centre, Pedder Road, and holds trustee roles across several charitable institutions supporting healthcare, education, and social welfare. His initiatives include free cataract surgeries, dialysis support, medical aid, and educational assistance.

His leadership reflects a rare blend of regulatory insight, ethical governance, and long-term social responsibility.

Purva plays a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction, governance, and client engagement within a SEBI-regulated capital markets environment. She holds a business education from The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) and brings a strong global perspective from her experience in investment banking at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel in the United States.

This background has given her deep exposure to capital markets, financial structuring, investor expectations, and the regulatory discipline required in highly governed financial systems.

At Purva Sharegistry, Purva focuses on strengthening operational excellence, compliance rigor, and long-term institutional credibility. She combines international financial experience with hands-on leadership in India's SEBI-regulated ecosystem, helping the organization uphold high standards of transparency, service quality, and trust.

Her leadership emphasizes clarity, accountability, and building enduring relationships with issuers, investors, and regulators.

Pranay is a business and technology leader with almost two decades of experience building and scaling organizations across India, the Bay Area, and Amsterdam. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California (Los Angeles, United States) and has held senior leadership roles, including Head of Engineering at Cipla Digital Health and Mosaic Wellness.

In these roles, he worked closely with executive leadership to drive platform scale, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment. His experience spans strategy, product execution, technology, and people leadership, enabling him to contribute meaningfully beyond any single function.

Pranay has a long-standing association with Purva Sharegistry, having built its core software platform almost a decade ago. As he steps into a broader leadership role, his focus extends to organizational maturity, governance, customer experience, and long-term transformation.
