A DP is authorised by NSDL or CDSL to offer demat account services. Purva Sharegistry is registered as a DP with NSDL.

Submit a completed account opening form with KYC documents to dp@purvashare.com or at our registered office.

Email dp@purvashare.com or use our Grievance Redressal page. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to NSDL or SEBI SCORES.

A Demat Account stores your securities in electronic form, while a Trading Account is used to buy and sell securities on stock exchanges. Both accounts work together for seamless investing.

NSDL Complaint Management System (SCORES) is a complaint management system for NSDL Depository Participants. It is a web-based system that allows DP to lodge complaints and track the status of complaints.

You can submit a duly filled modification request form along with supporting documents to your DP. Once verified, the requested details will be updated.

You can transfer securities by submitting a Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) or by using the online transfer facility (if available). Ensure the beneficiary account details are entered correctly before initiating the transfer.

You may submit a freeze/unfreeze request to your DP. Freezing your account helps prevent unauthorized debit or credit of securities and enhances account security.

The nominee or legal heir can request transmission of securities by submitting the prescribed transmission form and required documents, such as the death certificate and applicable legal documents.

Your DP provides periodic transaction and holding statements. You may also access your holdings through the DP's online portal or receive statements via email, depending on the services available.
